Welcome to Pub Bricco!

Pub Bricco opened in November of 2009 in Akron's Merriman Valley. While the menu focus is on gourmet hamburgers, you'll also find some of your favorite Bricco appetizers, salads and adult beverages served in a Pub atmosphere. We are conveniently located near the Weathervane Playhouse and The Cuyahoga Valley Park System and are just a short drive to Blossom Music Center.

Come check out our new addition featuring live jazz on Wednesdays and great indie theater from the None Too Fragile Production Company.

Friday and Saturday: 11:00am - 1:00am
